My Health Coaching Emphasis to Help You Feel Better
I am a certified health coach with a focus on helping people break sugar addictions. One main reason is because confidence feels better than any junk food tastes! Losing weight is a side effect from the much greater goal of living free from toxic cravings, having energy, sleeping good at night and experiencing the best digestion.
Many sugar addicts suffer from IBS and candida without realizing just how good they were born to feel living free from the cravings of refined sugar and too many binges on heavy carbs. By developing a new lifestyle of fresh vegetables (non-GMO, organic is recommended), hormone-free animal protein, minimum grains and mainly low glycemic fruits such as berries, lemons, limes and grapefruit, a whole new future awaits of delicious food that will heal you and actually make you feel like a new person, inside out. This way of living is no kill-joy. All it takes is for a little time to pass eating right (which could be as little as a week), and the palate will change to begin craving the food that is good for you. The sugar cravings will go away. We will discuss certain foods like avocados that change the pH in the body and work to help you begin craving more alkaline foods and less acidic foods in the first place. We will discuss tips to make detoxing from sugar (and foods that make you crave sugar) as enjoyable a process as it can be.
Our work together will focus on how you would like to go about breaking your sugar addiction. After all, this is about you, not me. You will find daily support from me in a plan that works best for you and makes you feel the most comfortable with foods that you will enjoy. Perfection is the enemy of good—even slipups can be part of your healing as they will help you continue to experience how the sugar highs are not worth the lows, until you finally choose to live every day for the rest of your life far above the sugar blues.
