What do I eat?

Fruit (favorites are berries, kiwis, oranges, grapefruit, papaya), vegetables (both raw and steamed), a palm size of sprouted nuts and seeds, whole grains (favorites are Ezekiel toast, steel cut oats, quinoa and rice); no cane sugar, protein bars or protein powders and also stay away from all sugar alcohols, stevia and monk fruit, as these can trigger cravings. I get my sweets from whole, raw fruit. I have no desire whatsoever for sweets other than fruit, as I keep my body alkaline and not acidic. I also love green juices, carrot juice and carrot and spinach juice. I never drink straight fruit juices due to how I want the fiber with my fruit to maintain proper insulin levels and feel satisfied. I never eat animal protein or dairy and never touch anything fried. I enjoy every bite of the food I eat in fruits and vegetables, given to me from God, and I thank God for the food He made and prefer it over anything packaged. Instead of being concerned with how much protein I am getting each day, I am more concerned with how much fiber. Everything I eat has fiber, and I have never felt better than eating plant based, whole foods.

 

 

Dwayna’s Cleansing Water for Healthy pH

Place gallon jug of distilled water in the refrigerator to chill.

Yields
1 gallon

Ingredients
Distilled water
Lemon Juice
Apple cider vinegar


For additional cleanse: add fresh ginger juice

If desired, add monk fruit or organic Stevia


Directions
In a gallon of cold, distilled water, add juice from ½ a lemon, 2 ounces of apple cider vinegar and stevia. (I have gotten to the point where I just splash in the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice liberally with a packet of stevia in at least a liter of water). Drink it all day, as much as possible. It is refreshing and burns fat as a healthy cleanse and curbs the appetite. (For more cleansing, add a little fresh ginger juice).
