I am working out six days a week in aerobics and then three times a week with weights. I feel at the top of my game eating plant based, whole foods and not eating at night. I have never felt more energetic walking miles in NYC. When traveling, and especially internationally, the key for me is not eating at night and practicing intermittent fasting. This truly makes it easy to maintain my weight and feel my best. I even make the time for working out wherever I am. I continue to drink 2-4 liters of water per day. I have never felt more confident, and this is a gift as more career opportunities come my way.
