I got my first EKG, not because anything was wrong but only as a proactive measure in a general exam. I had a low resting heart rate like that of an athlete! I continue to speed walk miles every morning, either at sunrise on the beach or on the treadmill when it rains or when traveling.
It is worth it to feel my best! Here I am last week on a rainy morning after doing Pilates and miles on the treadmill. My heart continues to stay full of joy as I stay true to myself in every area of my life and grateful for how good God keeps being to me.
