I now have a Power Plate and my own mini-treadmill. As much as I love exercise, I love music far more, As I have gotten much busier, I am finding myself no longer “addicted” to exercise as much as I used to be. I still love the endorphins, however, of an hour on the treadmill first thing each morning, but it is not the most important thing.
I often get up early and just start working (instead of working out), due to so much work. I still love starting out my days with an hour on my treadmill and 20 minutes on my Power (vibration) Plate (with Pilates), but I am happy to say that my life feels a tad more balanced this way. I am still addicted to eating right, however, as it keeps me feeling at my best.
