I begin each early morning when I am at home on my “Power Plate Move,” the top vibration plate, great for bones, balance, Pilates, stretches and burning fat. Depending on my time, I then do my treadmill. My life is extremely busy now with music, so my main focus is, as always, to eat right. I continue to feel my best, as I grab protein shakes from Koia or Rebbl on the go and keep my diet plant based.
Here I am being filmed for a mini-documentary on my music, as my music is now being played all over the world on Spotify radio stations and FM stations all throughout America, as my team and I are working our way to Sirius XM. I also still stay busy with my 501c3 in outreaches to underprivileged kids and new podcasts I have begun to empower people to be all they can be. I cannot help others if I do not continue to make taking care of myself my number one priority, so I do!
